Our practice is devoted exclusively to representing plaintiffs in insurance litigation. We do not represent insurance companies. Insurance companies have enough lawyers. Our goal is to level the playing field for individuals embroiled in disputes with insurance companies. Individuals often accept incorrect and illegal decisions by insurance companies and insufficient settlement offers just because they believe as an individual they are outgunned and unable to effectively negotiate for fair treatment. We have the resources and experience necessary to challenge and prevail against large insurance companies.
Our insurance litigation practice is broad. We represent plaintiffs involved in disputes over insurance coverage arising out of almost any insurance policy. Whenever an insurance company refuses to pay your claim, denies payment, or offers an insufficient amount, we will work with you to hold the insurance company to its obligations.
