Biography

A graduate of Florida State University and the Delaware Law School, Jason focuses his practice on first party insurance litigation, specializing in homeowner and health insurance litigation due to insurers wrongfully denying claims. With 21 years of legal experience, Jason was one of two lead attorneys in Letterman v. National Truck where a Palm Beach County jury awarded his client $15 million. Prior to joining Liggio & Cornell, Jason was an equity partner in an AmLaw 100 law firm with representative clients that included Hess Energy, JP Morgan and JFK International Airport in Delaware state and federal courts. Jason devotes his practice to representing Florida insureds who seek coverage for health benefits or property damage claims. Jason also represents consumers in class actions throughout the state of Florida.

Jason brings a unique set of skills and knowledge to his practice thanks to his several years of experience as a senior claims representative at one of the nation’s largest insurance companies. Jason brings an impressive range of insight and understanding on how insurers and corporate defendants value and litigate claims.

Jason is a proud native Floridian. He loves to spend time out on the water with his wife, son and daughter.
